Ordering Kits:

Ordering a kit is easy, just click on the button next to the size kit you would like to buy and follow the Paypal link to complete the transaction. All kits are priced at $9.99 each and UPS ground shipping is included.

Expedited shipping is available for a charge.  If you would like expedited shipping please email us BEFORE you process your order. Once you have made your impression, return the kit to us as detailed in the kit instructions.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Upon return receipt of the kit, the 9.99 charge for the kit will be deducted from your final invoice for the base.
Once we have received your kits, we will calculate your final invoice amount and send you a copy. Full payment is required at that time. Once payment is received, your bases will be made and shipped to you. Shipping charges apply.

If you would like to pay by check or Money Order please click on this link, Mail-In Order Form, print the page and fill in the form and mail back with your payment.

If within 30 days of receiving your bases you are not satisfied with the results, we will remake your base or bases at our expense until you are satisfied or provide you a full refund.
